The Missionary Biographical Information Form (MBIF) is made up of the following sections. As you begin to complete each section, you might find it helpful to download this checklist.
In order to provide the most accurate information for our assessment team, your completed MBIF is considered active for one year from the date all forms are completed and information has been received in our office.
