Who would go with me?

Teams that partner with us...

• Are composed of a minimum of three family units. A 'family unit' refers to either a married couple or a single male or female.
• Make a commitment of at least six years. This includes one year devoted to preparation for the mission, part of which constists of a six month internship (see Preparing Your Team for more information).

Team formation occurs in three ways:

• Teams already formed partner with us to prepare for the target city
• Others come with a city in mind, but need help recruiting teammates. GCM walks alongside them to build a team.
• GCM selects the target city and recruits the team.
