Initial Psychological Assessments

The next step in the team selection process is to successfully complete a psychological evaluation administered GCM's clinical psychologist. The evaluation includes a written portion, usually taking approximately 4-6 hours to complete. Instruments used provide important information about past and present physical and mental health concerns, values and attitudes related to a variety of social, spiritual, emotional and familial issues, any serious psychological problems, personality factors, and marital satisfaction.
