Another important workshop before the team’s departure is the Team and Sponsoring Church Workshop.

• These annual workshops bring together representatives from each sponsoring church and a member of each mission team.
• The first workshop is held before the team leaves for the field.
• Workshops continue yearly throughout the time the team is on the field.
• These important yearly workshops help keep the team and sponsors updated and working together on each stage of church establishment.
