• A daily time of Bible study, worship, and reflection.
• Classes devoted to the spiritual disciplines.
• Strong emphasis on prayer.

Classroom training includes...

• Intensive study of Spanish or Portuguese.
• History and culture of target city/country.
• Team dynamics.
• Strategies for urban and small group evangelism.
• The missionary and family life cycle.

Practical experiences include...

• Involvement in various evangelistic activities (small groups, individual studies, etc...).
• Researching successful church plants.
• Participating in a 2-3 week survey trip to mission sites, including the target city.
