Where do I start?

The process consists of the following:

• Each adult completes an application. You can access this application here.
• Upon application approval, a clinical psychologist will administer a series of tests and schedule a follow-up interview.*
• The process concludes with personal interviews with GCM staff.
• Approved candidates receive an invitation to join a team.

* Applicants for church planting teams are responsible for the cost of their psychological tests. If an applicant is unable to pay at the time of the assessment, GCM will pay the up front costs. The candidate can then repay GCM
